Please email us at support@echoshield.ai with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 3 business days.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed through our payment provider (Paddle). Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling prevents future charges, but does not automatically issue a refund. Please contact support for any concerns.
